All rigid endoscopes are returned with a 12 month repair warranty.

They are experienced technicians many of whom have been trained by the manufacturers and have established their own repair businesses. We also have our own in-house rigid endoscope repair facility at our headquarters in Shoreham on the south coast. Our lead technician came from the multibillion dollar a year company Cardinal Health in America having been through their extensive endoscope repair training programme.
